Mike Snyder is from Anderson, Indiana where he has lived his whole life.  He is married to the lovely Crystal Snyder who is an Administrative Assistant and gifted vocalist.  They have been married since 2005.  They both enjoy music, traveling, and hiking.  They especially enjoy taking their dog, Ella, on hikes.

Mike’s past pastoral roles have included being the Worship Pastor at Avon Community Church of God in Avon, IN and the Associate Pastor of Student Ministry and Community Development at South Meridian Church of God in Anderson.  Mike has studied Bible and Religion, Theology, and is currently studying Urban Ministry Development.

 

Mike has been our Lead Pastor since November 2018. He is co-vocational which means he works additional jobs to earn a living.  In addition to serving as our pastor, he directs the bands for Liberty Christian Schools in Anderson, performs as a solo music artist, and with groups such as The Rock Bottom Boys of Madison County and the Director’s Jazz Orchestra.  He also enjoys reading, fishing, playing pinball, and martial arts.
